Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is searching for an experienced Enterprise Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to join an exciting opportunity within the Classified Cyber Security team.
The selected candidate will provide Cyber Security technical leadership as the Enterprise ISSM and manage internal and external customers’ expectations on security architecture, and Assessment & Authorization (A&A) events. The selected candidate will also provide Cyber Security expertise as the Subject Matter Expert to ongoing projects by executing on program performance execution, delivery, and completion of milestones. Furthermore, will provide Cyber Security input and support for the implementation and test of secure operating systems/networks, DevSecOps and cloud solutions.
Daily activities include:
• Providing hands on technical assistance for complex systems/networks, leading technical strategic planning of current and future network configurations, cyber technology development/implementation, and supporting customer needs (meetings, calls, emails, demonstrations, etc.).
• Participate in planning and implementation of current and future security domains including those which may introduce new service areas (e.g. Cloud Computing, DevSecOps).
• Interpret the Joint Special Access Program Implementation Guide (JSIG) in determining technical Information Assurance (IA) requirements and ensure proper security implementation of the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
• Develop system documentation for information system authorization, security management, and continuous monitoring of both networked and standalone classified systems.
• Perform system auditing, vulnerability risk assessments, Assured File Transfers, hardware/software configuration management, data integrity containments and investigations on IA related security violations/incidents.
• Provide cybersecurity education and training for all system users on appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
• Provide mentoring and/or guidance to junior technical security professionals.

A level 5 employee Typically has 14 - 20 years of professional experience.
Basic Qualifications:
Active Top Secret security clearance.
Possess a minimum of a DoD 8570 IAM Level-III Certification (CISM, CISSP or equivalent)
Prior ISSM/ISSO experience
Experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF) as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and the implementation across multiple phases of large programs
Technical Project leadership (analysis from cyber technological and business case perspectives)
Experience with Technical Security requirements across multiple domains (Operating Systems, Networks, High Performance Computing, etc.)
Experience with Special Access Programs and Joint SAP Implementation Guideline (JSIG) Application.
Desired Skills:
Team player – Effective at leading collaboration amongst teams at multiple locations, organizing and motivating a diverse set of individuals to act as “one”. Ability to build effective customer and partner relationships
Demonstrated no less than 8 years of hands-on experience executing Security Hardening on diverse LINUX and Windows Operating Systems based on approved DISA STIGs and SRGs
Experience with network design processes, to include understanding of security objectives, operational objectives, and risk mitigation strategy for the information system
Experience in deploying and hardening software defined infrastructure
Experience with standard security and network environment tools and applications
Proven ability to effectively communicate with internal and external senior stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively interface with numerous cognizant security agencies, customers and senior leadership
Energetic, highly motivated, and passionate about cyber technologies
Experience or knowledge of Earned Value Management for government contractors
Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle or Configuration Management.
Experience with cloud migration or cloud infrastructure security (AWS, Azure, etc.)
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $128,400 - $226,435. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
