Industrial Engineer Associate

Description:Integration of functional Industrial Engineering solutions for execution of F-35 production for assembly and coating application operations by analyzing and developing production plans and monitoring production health metrics. Primary roles and responsibilities include: schedule development and mitigation planning, constraint management applications, crew plan development, product flow and shop floor optimization, labor hour forecasting, critical path analysis, capacity analysis, staffing analysis and process improvement initiatives.

Must be a US Citizen or able to work in the U.S.. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline
- US Citizenship
Desired Skills:
- Experience Developing Production plans
- Experience with Forecasting Methods (Learning Curves, Parametric Estimates)
- Experience with Statistical Analysis (Regression Analysis)
- Experience with Database Operations (Data Mining, SQL Statements)
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously when provided work instructions.
