IFG Business Capture Director / Americas/AFRICOM/CENTCOM

Description:Serves as the primary LM Aero interface, senior company advisor and advocate for F-16 campaign activities thoughout the Americas, AFRICOM and CENTCOM regions. Directs campaign activities and provides strategic and tactical campaign win strategy, including direct leadership in support of campaigns and pursuits in Morocco, Colombia, UAE and Jordan. Directs campaign strategies that leverage and build upon existing F-16 customers, programs and relationships with Egypt, Pakistan, Bahrain, Oman, Iraq, and Chile. Builds effective counterpart relationships with key USG personnel at AFSAC, the F-16 System Program Office, SAF/IA, and DSCA. Coordinates and deconflicts campaign activities with other regional activities through effective communication with LMI and LMGA-IPS. Interfaces with all levels of management, including executive management and high level domestic and international customers.
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience with aerospace industry, LM Aero product and international market knowledge.
• International customer interface experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Americas, AFRICOM, and/or CENTCOM customer set, including Air Force and Ministry of Defense.
• Demonstrated knowledge of international acquisition processes, including budgeting and approval from process owners.
• Demonstrated knowledge of USG export policy, export licensing, and foreign military sales process.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Aero business segments, especially F-16.
• Ability to effectively communicate and influence decision makers in the region as well as USG stakeholders.
• Leadership experience.
Desired Skills:
Bachelor’s degree.
• Past experience with Americas, AFRICOM, and/or CENTCOM customer set.
• Past experience in foreign military sales. Supervisor/Leader experience.
• Full spectrum leadership characteristics.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Requires a high competency in negotiation and diplomacy skills.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
