Government Finance Analyst Sr

Description:This position will report to the Manager of the F-35 Tools and Processes Team in Fort Worth, Texas and will be responsible for developing and documenting the processes, procedures and best practices for F35 finance. The applicant will provide management with continual improvements to the finance and EVMS processes. This position will be responsible for working with Contracts and Business Management to develop accurate structure and contract set-up in the EVMS reporting toolsets as well as overseeing the accuracy of the CSFR (Contract/CLIN Summary Finance Report). This position will be responsible for ensuring business tempos are developed and maintained so that external and internal reporting requirements are met. The candidate will support the Cobra administrator in structure set up and data integrity. This position will support the streamlining of F-35 toolsets and reports. The candidate will support actual cost research and analysis. The successful candidate will provide sound guidance to program finance leadership concerning business and financial processes and issues, and ensure applicable financial policies and procedures are applied uniformly across the F-35 program. Effective oral and written communication skills will be required to effectively manage across multiple leadership levels as well as various functional and customer levels.

Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or above with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Experience with enterprise-level cost management tools
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products with emphasis on Excel and Power Point
• Interpersonal skills to interface with senior leadership, Control Account Managers, Integrated Product Team (IPT) leads and other Program Finance personnel
Desired Skills:
• Familiarity with LM Aero financial tools such as SAP, Cobra and material toolsets
• Familiarity with F-35 finance processes and procedures, including LM command media, Program Performance Management Process (PPMP), and Program Performance Management Directive (PPMD)
