Job Responsibilities
Description:You will be the Agile Scrum Master and Control Account Manager (CAM) for the Simulation Data Management (SDM) team which is responsible for delivering 1LMX capabilities through agile and disciplined program management.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Agile Scrum Master and Control Account Manager (CAM) you will be responsible for guiding a high‑performance, multidisciplinary team while overseeing technical, schedule, and cost performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, keep the backlog refined, and hold the team accountable for sprint commitments.
Track and report velocity, burn‑down, and earned‑value metrics using Jira and Agile Hive.
Develop integrated work plans that blend technical scope, schedule, and cost; provide forecasting to senior leadership.
Coordinate staffing, resource negotiations, and business rhythms with functional leaders.
Identify and remove impediments, managing risks, dependencies, and change requests.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in an accredited college
• 1+ year of Scrum Master or Agile experience
• Intermediate Jira skills
• Proficiency with collaboration platforms (Confluence, Microsoft Teams) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Desired Skills:
• Certified Lockheed Martin CAM with familiarity of Earned Value Management (EVM), including earned value metrics, variance analysis, and forecasting.
• Scrum Master certification and solid experience applying Agile project management practices.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across program management, engineering, and functional leadership.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex technical information to senior leadership and translating concepts for non technical audiences.
• Familiarity with Flight Sciences engineering tools and processes.
• Experience in risk and opportunity management: identification, assessment, cost schedule impact analysis, and mitigation planning.
• Experience in budgeting, cost estimation, cost control, and forecasting using Lockheed Martin’s financial tool suite.
• Proficient in schedule management, including critical path analysis, resource leveling, and schedule risk analysis within Lockheed Martin’s scheduling tools.
• Strong project management capabilities with tools such as MS Project, STREET, or comparable software.
• Leadership experience in directing cross functional teams, handling staffing, resource allocation, and conflict resolution.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
