What You Will Be Doing
As a Financial Reporting Analyst supporting the ADP Program Finance team, you will play a vital role in driving financial performance and supporting critical program objectives. You will be responsible for executing a variety of financial management activities, from cost tracking and Earned Value analysis to performance reporting and forecasting. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide valuable financial insights, and contribute directly to the success of innovative aerospace programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day program finance activities with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Establish and manage Performance Measurement Baselines (PMBs) to track cost, schedule, and performance metrics.
- Conduct Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis, including variance identification, root cause analysis, and development of Estimates at Complete (EACs).
- Perform cost allocation, reconciliation, and control activities to ensure financial integrity across multiple contracts and projects.
- Utilize enterprise financial tools such as CostView, Cobra, and wInsight to monitor, analyze, and report program performance.
- Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Support the development and documentation of corrective action plans to address cost or schedule variances.
- Partner with program and functional teams to align financial performance with business objectives.

With strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you focus on accuracy and process improvement, while your excellent communication abilities allow you to present complex financial information clearly. Collaborative by nature, you build strong relationships across teams and influence positive outcomes to help drive organizational success.
Basic Qualifications:
- Data analysis through use of self-developed queries. Familiarity with cost systems similar to Deltek Cobra.
- Experience in Earned Value Management (EVMS) and developing program budgets and Estimates at Completion.
- Experience with formal CPR (Cost Performance Report) / IPMR (Integrated Program Management Report) Reporting.
Desired Skills:
Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business.
Familiarity with Systems, Applications, Products Software (SAP).
Familiarity with Hyperion/Accounting Data Analysis and Reporting (ADAR).
Experience in developing program budgets and Estimates at Completion.
Data analysis through use of self-developed queries.
Familiarity with cost systems similar to Deltek Cobra.
High degree of interpersonal skills required in interfacing with Senior Leadership, Control Account Managers, Program Management leads, and other Program Finance personnel across multiple sites.
Experience in taking raw data and presenting it in written/oral form for concise management reports.
Experience with formal CPR/IPMR Reporting.
Ability to lead and mentor less senior analysts.
Experience in playing a key role within a diverse team made of many different disciplines.
DoD Secret clearance.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Products with emphasis on Excel.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $90,200 - $159,045. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
