Description:Financial Analyst – 1LMX Financial Performance

What You Will Be Doing
As a Financial Analyst on the 1LMX Financial Performance Team in Fort Worth, TX, you will be at the forefront of Lockheed Martin’s enterprise transformation efforts. This role is focused on delivering critical financial oversight, analysis, and reporting to support the success of the 1LMX initiative—a high-visibility program shaping the future of Aeronautics and OneLM. You will collaborate closely with project leaders, CAMs, planners, and executives to drive affordability, optimize financial performance, and ensure strategic alignment. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine analytical expertise with executive-level exposure while contributing to one of the most impactful programs within Lockheed Martin.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Earned Value measurement criteria, analyze and reconcile actual costs, develop Estimates at Complete (EAC), and perform variance analysis to ensure program financial health.

- Partner with Project Leads, CAMs, and Planners to monitor scope, drive performance, and achieve favorable CPI and SPI metrics for the 1LMX Project.

- Oversee planning, monitoring, and risk assessment for indirect spend to support project affordability goals.

- Conduct staffing analysis and provide accurate forecasting for annual budgeting, including Functional Overhead Planning, Capital Planning, and New Business Funds.

- Serve as the primary financial point of contact for responsible functions, guiding financial strategies and ensuring alignment with program objectives.

- Prepare and deliver executive-level review materials and regular reporting for Aeronautics leadership and the Corporate 1LMX Leadership Team.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline or 8 years experience in the absence of a Bachelors Degree

• Experience in one of more Controller functions or program business operations functions

• Experience with Earned Value Management System requirements, including Cobra and the Deltek suite of products
Desired Skills:
• Understanding of LM Program Finance & Discretionary Resource Processes
• Working knowledge of SAP, Hyperion, and Tableau
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task, and pay close attention to large volumes of data
• Able to work in fast paced environment that is geographically dispersed
• Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to present to all levels

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $103,700 - $179,860. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $90,200 - $159,045. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
