The Proven Fighter Test Equipment Fort Worth Lead Program Manager will be responsible for managing existing contracts, as well as capturing new business. This candidate also will be the lead at the Fort Worth location for the team, acting as the representative across the functions, to ensure the team has the resources needed to perform their roles.

This position will require a skill mix of program execution and capture/proposal management, with specific focus on test equipment solutions. Current contracts and future growth include both domestic and international customers, as well as other Lockheed Martin Business Areas. This individual will be the main lead in the Fort Worth area within the team, thus acting as the focal point of the entire functional team in Texas and having strong intimacy with our local Lockheed Martin Aeronautics and Missiles and Fire Control teams.

The candidate will provide program office support to the United States Air Force, other Lockheed Martin Business Areas, international business and governments, and other Contractors as directed throughout the course of the effort. Program Management support shall include, but not be limited to, responding to customer programmatic inquiries, partnering with engineering to respond to questions on aircraft support equipment, and executing on and growing the automated test solutions business.

Regarding future business and capture, this role includes the necessity to understand the strategy, come up with potential offerings and solutions to meet customer needs, seek new/additional customers, and to capture new contracts. Strategic mindset and proposal experience will be key in this role. The ability to create, maintain, and leverage Customer relationships will be a priority is this position. The Fort Worth business has a growth trajectory, and this individual will be a large part of helping expand on F-16 business, and also working other campaign strategies.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or 15 years of equivalent work experience
• Ability to qualify for a Secret Clearance
• Demonstrated program management experience
• Demonstrated customer interface experience
• Demonstrated strong communication skills
• Familiarity with typical program performance management metrics, such as cost, schedule, and risk and opportunity management
• Ability to effectively manage a diverse cross functional team which includes both LM employees as well as subcontractors
• Demonstrated proposal management experience
• Ability to travel to domestically and internationally on an as needed basis
Desired Skills:
• Experience working with domestic and international customers
• Experience working with other LM Business areas
• Experience working development and production contracts
• Program Management Level 2 Certification
• Automated Test Equipment programmatic experience
• Intimate familiarity with F-16 maintenance concepts
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
