Responsibilities
Description:IFG Electronic Warfare (EW) Capability Lead
What You Will Be Doing:
Single F-16 point of contact on the IFG LOBe execution team responsible for driving timely completion and delivery of EW capability across the F-16 portfolio, including all cost, schedule, and technical aspects.
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Interface with all levels of leadership to provide visibility into performance.
- Collaborate across domain excellence teams to ensure alignment of tasks and needs.
- Participate in Electronic Warfare road-mapping strategy and customer supplier engagements for future F-16 business.
- Mature requirements and program planning between Aero and supplier in support of new project authorization.
- Establish project execution tempo with LM-Aero domain excellence teams and supplier.
Lead EW studies for F-16 programs.
- Collaborate and negotiate with F-16 System Project Office (SPO), as required for various EW activities, including requirements development/refinement and issue resolution.
- Responsible for review and approval of all F-16 EW BOEs; accountable for execution.
- Responsible for reporting capability delivery status to F-16 engineering and program leadership, and customer.

Further Information About This Opportunity:
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN – This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an Interim Secret clearance to start with the ability to obtain a Final Secret clearance.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
