Electical Engineer Intern

Description:The intern position will report to the manager in the F-35 Communications, Navigation, and Identification (CNI) Subsystem team. This position will be performing Electrical & Electronic engineering functions related to CNI and may include one or more of the following: on aircraft troubleshooting of CNI production issues, troubleshooting support for fleet aircraft, analysis of subsystem failures, supplier hardware/software design review, new requirements development, RF systems performance analysis, interface management support, database maintenance.

Must be a US Citizen. This position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related technical field. Basic understanding of Electrical & Electronic engineering.
Desired Skills:
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office products. Knowledge of VBA programming in Microsoft Access. Ability to perform detail-oriented work with a high degree of accuracy. Effective analytical and problem solving skills. Effective oral and written communication skills. Knowledge of radio frequency (RF) design, antennas, electromagnetics, circuit design, and/or logic (VHDL) design.
