Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company F-35 program seeks a motivated candidate to join the F-35 Signature Integration team. The successful candidate will perform Cost Account Manager (CAM) duties to oversee execution of tasks in the cost and schedule controls systems, manage and interpret cost and schedule audits, and prepare cost accounting reports for presentations to top management. This position would also entail gathering inputs from team members to prepare formal and informal estimates and proposals for future work. CAM duties would also involve gathering gathers historical cost and schedule data (materials, labor, depreciation, operating expenses, etc.), to assess cost vs budget and Earned Value Performance. Such data would also be used to assess task execution risks and determine staffing requirements. Knowledge of Signature integration, Signature Materials and Processes and Supportable Low Observables team processes is preferred but not required.
Typical responsibilities may include:
• Monitor and manage task cost, schedule, and technical objectives to meet contract requirements
• Coordinate with the IPT Leads/Business Unit Lead/Managers, subcontractor PMs
• Complete all Earned Value Management (EVM) assigned duties to include work authorization requests, updating monthly Estimate-to-Complete requirements, schedule status, variance reporting, and yearly comprehensive Estimate-to-Complete reviews
• Support establishment of cost/schedule baselines for newly awarded contracts or contract re-plans including subcontractor management
• Assist the New Business Team in proposal/ROM/NTE/PME preparation (scope/schedule/resource spread BOEs, review/tech eval of subcontractor proposals, internal organization/program reviews, LM EPPs), customer negotiations, and acceptance of final offer.

Selected candidate must possess an active secret clearance with an investigation in the last 5 years.

A level 2 employee Typically has 2 - 5 years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:
• BA/BS level degree or above

• Experience in business management, finance, supply chain, engineering and/or program management.
Desired Skills:
• Previous CAM experience highly desired

• Energetic, organized, flexible, and results driven, the team Control Account Manager will have strong analytical skills.

• The individual will also have solid written, presentation and communication skills along with demonstrated success in utilizing Earned Value (EV) Management, developing and managing integrated master schedules, and performing critical path and financial analysis.

• Previous proposal preparation experience

• Desire to enhance program management skills including communication, the ability to deal with unforeseen challenges, and building strong relationships

• Strong problem solving, root cause, corrective action, and closure skills

• Accept responsibility, accountability and exercise authority to ensure task cost, schedule, and technical success is achieved

• Act as the primary Earned Value point of contact for the IPT on the assigned control accounts.

• Project management experience with strong organizational and communication skills.

• Strong communication skills (written and oral), with a willingness to engage with subject matter experts in a variety of different functional organizations.
