Looking for a Contractor SAP Security Officer (CSSO) to join our team, responsible for supporting Dynamic Targeting and Surveillance Systems (DT&SS) located in Fort Worth, TX. This position requires you to work in a very dynamic high tempo environment to deliver Mission First results. The successful candidate will: develop, implement, and administer a Special Access Program (SAP) and/or a Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) program as well as manage all compliant SAP/SCI security policies and procedures for classified/proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Successful candidate should have a Subject Matter Expert (SME) level of understanding of industrial security regulations and federal security regulatory requirements of the 32 Code of Federal Regulations Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DOD 5205.07 Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manuals, and DOD 5105.21 Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Manuals. Understand established procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitor’s access to restricted programs. Develops and conducts security education and training programs for SAP and SCI. Investigate security violations and prepare reports specifying preventive action to be taken. While this is primarily a first shift, Tue-Fri 4X10 work week; mission requirements will include domestic business travel and work outside normally scheduled hours to include possibly nights and weekends to meet mission requirements.
Selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring all SAP/SCI requirements are met to include but not limited to:
1. Administering the SAP Nomination Process by processing, logging, and preparing incoming and outgoing SAP Nomination packages.
2. Administering the SCI Nomination process by processing, logging, and preparing incoming and outgoing SCI Nomination packages.
3. Conduct annual SETA requirements, Foreign Travel briefings, and handle reporting requirements for Prime and Sub-Contractor personnel.
4. Classified document control to include maintenance of logs and tracking documents in transition.
5. Performs Personnel Security duties and responsibilities in compliance with regulations/requirements.
6. Administrative Security functions such as organizing and filing all administrative program security paperwork.
7. Process and track incoming and outgoing Visit Authorization Requests.
8. Maintaining all end of day logs, safe checks, visitor logs and pass down logs.
9. Provide security escorting for uncleared personnel as required.
10. Provides COMSEC assistance for Special Programs.
11. Write, implement, and administer multiple DD254s across multiple contracts and programs.
12. Performs Sub-Contractor management to ensure compliance with Prime and government requirements.

Basic Qualifications:
1. Final transferable Top Secret Security clearance with an investigation current or CV date within 6 years.
2. Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) access(es).
3. Experience providing security support in SAP environment.
4. Working knowledge of DoD 5205.07 SAP Manuals, ICD 705, and NISPOM.
5. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
6. Ability to multi-task and remain organized; proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products.
7. Prior experience working with or implementing security plans for facilities and security operations.
8. Ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
9. Prior CSSO and/or program security experience working in a classified SAP environment.
10. Ability to conduct security inquiries and create security incident reports
Desired Skills:
1. Profound knowledge, understanding, and application of the NISPOM, DoD 5205.07 manual and ICD 705
2. Working knowledge/experience of DISS, JADE, Scattered Castles, ACCS, SIMS and or SESIDS software
3. Ability to manage large projects or processes that span outside of immediate job area
4. Prior responsibility for making moderate to significant improvements to processes, systems, or products that enhanced performance of job areas
5. The ability to multi-task and solve routine challenges
6. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; can communicate with parties within and outside of own job function.
7. Able to deliver customer service to internal and external stakeholders
8. Accessibility to be on call and be able to at times non-traditional work hours or odd shifts as required by program needs
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
