Capture Management Lead - Combat Air / IFG Indonesia

Description:Responsible for facilitating, assisting, conducting, and guiding business/market activities relative to international sales of LM Aeronautics products in Indonesia. Will communicate to customers/decision makers at all levels of the foreign services and defense departments focusing on operational capability, cost of ownership benefits and needs/requirements. Execute customer events and visits to communicate LM Aero specific messages and build relationships.

These activities include supporting the following: market development, opportunity qualification, customer relationship management, decision mapping, competitive intelligence, development of price-to-win strategies, customer analysis, competitor assessment, strategy development, etc. Selected candidate will assist in the coordination of the business area and senior executive customer communications, events, and visits which are associated with new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will possess the following experience/skill set: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to craft presentations for senior management and customers. Some knowledge of USG Cooperative and FMS program/contracting processes and acquisition strategies. Ability to quickly grasp technology concepts and translate their value to customers. Flexibility to quickly adapt to changing business environment and priorities. Must have the ability to utilize political skills to cope with conflict. This includes the ability to work across organizational boundaries and jurisdictions; leading customer meetings and cross-discipline teams in development of customer solutions; familiarity with Lockheed Martin Aeronautics' product line is a requirement. Similar experience in industry or government a plus.

This position will require extensive international travel.

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
Pursuit and capture process experience
Some knowledge of USG Cooperative and FMS Program/contracting processes and acquisition strategies.
Experience with developing and executing strategy.
Experience interfacing with and briefing senior LM executives and customer representatives.
Desired Skills:
Similar experience in industry or government.
Past experience with European customer set.
