This position will support the ADP Senior Business Manager for Hypersonics, JADO, Mobility, Special Programs, and Advanced Systems as the Business Management Lead in JADO/ABMS area within within the Advanced Development Programs Line of Business. Must be able to provide day to day support and leadership of Business Management initiatives. Successful candidate will possess broad financial acumen and will be required to support an expansive range of activities that span capture, execution, and contract close out, some examples include business processes associated with Proposals, Contracts, Estimating, Financial Planning, EVMS, Independent Cost Estimating and others. This candidate will lead the overall Finance and Business Operations oversight associated with new and existing contracts ensuring the contracts have a sound cost / financial baselines, budget targets, conducting financial risk assessments and ensuring accurate financial forecasts. This position requires the ability to understand, create, report, and forecast Orders, Sales, Cash and Earnings. Must understand Return on Sales (ROS)/Return on Cost (ROC), Sales, Cash performance as indicated by receivables metrics and impact to the program and company financial performance. This position will also support the establishment of the program ground rules to support Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) planning and will support the submittal of timely and accurate Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) deliverables including Cost Performance Reports (CPR), Contract Funding Status Reports, IPMR, Funds and Man-Hour Reports, and others. Other responsibilities will include the identification of areas for cost improvement and support the implementation of recommended corrective actions, develop and monitor program
termination liability and funding forecasts, and prepare and conduct Contract Status Reviews on
program financial status. Communication skills; both written and oral, will be key to success in this position since this individual will be required to coordinate across multiple program and functional
competencies. The JADO/ABMS portfolio is a highly dynamic portfolio that is growing rapidly due to customer focus on products and capabilities in this area, therefore, the successful candidate will be comfortable in a highly dynamic and rapidly evolving environment that requires the ability to quickly navigate ambiguity and help the program teams quickly arrive at business solutions that balance customer and LM financial, contractual, etc. requirements.

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience in Return on Sales Assessments/Orders/Sales/Earnings/Cash assessment
• Experience with Earned Value (EV) application and implementation on new contracts
• Experience in creating and managing budget targets
• Experience with US Government reporting requirements (i.e. Cost Performance Reports (CPR), Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR), Contract Fund Status Reports (CFSR), etc.)
• Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) / Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFAR)
• Experience with USG Proposals for competitive capture activities, Engineering Change Proposals, Contract Change Proposals, etc.
• Demonstrated Financial and Analytical skills.
• Diligent and Proactive approach to problem solving.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 10 years or more of professional experience.
Desired Skills:
• Experience with LM Aeronautics business systems including Systems, Applications, Products (SAP), Deltek COBRA, Deltek Open Plan, Accounting Data Analysis and Reporting (ADAR), Hyperion and others
• Experience teaching and mentoring peers.
• Must possess and execute strong organizational skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and quality of work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and exhibit a proactive, problem solving, cost conscious and company-focused mindset.
• Experience interacting with company VP’s, Directors, Managers, cross-functional peers, coworkers, and entire company personnel as a lead financial POC while working in a “team” environment.
• Employee must be able to effectively handle and execute multi-task in addition to working special project assignments simultaneously.
• Ability to work across organizational boundaries to ensure that program and company goals are achieved.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected will have the flexibility to work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will vary from week to week based on support requirements for internal meetings, engagements with customers, etc. Work schedule requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
