What You Will Be Doing
As a Provisioning Analyst Senior – Level 3 supporting the F-22 program, you will play a critical role in ensuring the aircraft’s long-term sustainment and mission readiness. This position focuses on analyzing, validating, and managing complex technical data to identify and provision essential components and replacement items. By bridging engineering design with supply chain and maintenance planning, you will directly influence the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of sustainment-level information.

In this role, you’ll work in a collaborative environment with engineering, supply chain, sustainment teams, suppliers, and customers to deliver accurate provisioning solutions. Your expertise will support the seamless flow of parts and components into the sustainment system, ensuring the F-22 fleet remains supported and operational worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and review technical source documents to identify and provision aircraft components in alignment with program and customer maintenance concepts.

- Analyze engineering design data, drawings, vendor/repair documentation, service data notes, parts lists, and design change information to validate and interpret replacement items.

- Apply knowledge of interchangeability, substitutability, and functional operations of parts and assemblies to ensure accurate provisioning decisions.

- Populate and maintain provisioning databases/tools with sustainment and supply chain data elements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with program requirements.

- Perform detailed analysis and breakdown of components based on maintenance concepts to support sustainment planning.

- Collaborate closely with engineering, task analysis, supply chain, maintenance, configuration management, suppliers, and customer stakeholders to validate and maintain sustainment-level data.

- Support the creation and continuous improvement of provisioning processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and fleet readiness.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline OR 4 years experience in absence of a Bachelors Degree

• Experience collecting and compiling datasets from disparate data sources and performing analysis using mathematical and statistical techniques (i.e. Tableau, Excel)
Desired Skills:
• Experience interpreting aircraft engineering specifications and/or drawings

• Experience with Logistics Support Analysis requirements

• Familiarity with either PRIDE, Advanced Technical
Logistics Applications System (ATLAS) or Systems and
Logistics Integration Capability (SLICwave)

• Familiarity with SAP and Sustainment Inventory
Management Systems

• Experience problem solving and able to handle multiple
tasks

• Knowledge and experience with F-22 aircraft
components

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Experience importing and manipulating data using Excel
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
