Aeronautical Engineer

Description:Thermodynamics analyst for Skunk Works programs. Will perform conceptual thermal properties parametric estimations, modeling, and performance analysis. Strong contributor to the concept development, detailed design, and performance analysis. Good understanding of subsystems and their interfaces. Contribute to design reviews and technical publications.

***Must be a US Citizen, position is located at a facility that requires special access. Must posses Secret Security Clearance with an investigation within the last 5 years.***
Basic Qualifications:
-- Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical or
related engineering or technical field. Or Master's Degree and two years of experience in Mechanical or
related engineering or technical field.

-- Experience or education in thermodynamics modeling and analysis.
Desired Skills:
-- Experience in aircraft design and analysis
-- Work effectively within cross functional and multi-disciplinary design activities
-- Experience working with thermal modeling, Abaqus, Fluent, Matlabor other thermal design tools.
