Aero Sustainment Business Capture / EUCOM

Description:This position is the Sustainment Campaign and Capture Portfolio Lead for the European Region, to include Isreal. Immediate responsibility of this position will be to develop regional support for international customers that best satisfy national requirements at an affordable cost to optimize a sustainment infrastructure in the region. The sustainment solution should build on an integrated sustainment baseline solution with linkages between the different Lockheed Martin platforms within each country. Shape and develop Sustainment offerings and educate the regional customers on the offerings to support Lockheed Martin Aeronautics captures to transition to program implementation in the following areas:
• Product Support Integration (PSI)
• Modifications & Upgrades
• Depot Support
• Turn-key Maintenance
• O & I-level Maintenance
• Logistics Information Systems / Data Analytics
• CBM+ / Fleet Management
• Training
• Basic Ordering Agreement (BoA)
The developed national offerings or solutions in the European region with technical, cost, and schedule baselines must meet a price to win competitive solution in anticipation of a competitive or sole sourced RFP. Solutions should leverage sustainment industrial participation and indigenous military depots.

Additionally, the European Capture Portfolio Director will analyze potential markets and develop & gain senior leadership concurrence on long-range plans for the countries in the European Region. Develops national, and possibly regional, strategic plans and executes comprehensive strategies to position Lockheed Martin Aeronautic aircraft and sustainment products and services as preferred solutions. The European Capture Portfolio Director will support aircraft captures, and lead sustainment aspects in airshows and tradeshows. They will also establish and manage new business fund (NBF) budgets, ensuring efficient utilization of Lockheed Martin resources. Director must have thorough knowledge of Aeronautic lines of business, especially F-16, F-35, and C-130J, plus knowledge of foreign military sales (FMS), foreign military funding (FMF) and US Export License processes.

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 10 years related experience.
Sustainment and Logistics experience.
Broad knowledge in aviation operations, supply and maintenance.
Experience with Capture Management
Experience working in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
Experience with aerospace industry and international market knowledge.
International customer interface experience.
Leadership experience.
Desired Skills:
Demonstrated knowledge of acquisition processes, including budgeting and approval from process owners.
Demonstrated knowledge of working Industrial Participation or Offset Initiatives.
Demonstrated knowledge of Aero lines of business, especially F-16, F-35, and C-130J.
Demonstrated knowledge of foreign military sales (FMS), foreign military funding (FMF) and US Export License processes.
Past experience with European and Israel customer set.
Past experience is foreign military sales. Supervisor/Leader experience.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
Requires a high competency in negotiation and diplomacy skills.
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
Ability to effectively communicate (written & verbal) and influence decision makers in the region as well as USG & Lockheed Martin stakeholders.
Strategic Thinker that can operationalize sustainment solutions.
