Aero Domestic Sustainment Business Capture

Description:This position is responsible as the Capture Portfolio Director for the Sustainment Campaign for the United States Domestic Customers, to include US Services and other Federal and State Agencies. Immediate responsibility of this position is to shape sustainment solutions for the US Services and other federal agencies that build on an integrated sustainment baseline solution with linkages between the different Lockheed Martin platforms. At the same time, shape unique expectation with minimal impact to existing or planned sustainment infrastructure. Shape and develop Sustainment offerings and educate the US Domestic customers on the offerings to support Lockheed Martin Aeronautics captures to transition to program implementation in the following areas:
• Product Support Integration (PSI), to include F-35 PSI Campaign
• Modifications & Upgrades
• Depot Support
• Turn-key Maintenance
• O & I-level Maintenance
• Logistics Information Systems / Data Analytics
• CBM+ / Fleet Management
• Training
• Basic Ordering Agreement (BoA)
The developed US Domestic Sustainment solutions with technical, cost, and schedule baselines must meet a price to win competitive solution in anticipation of a competitive or sole sourced RFP. Solutions should leverage and build partnerships with the Organic Industrial Base.

Additionally, the Domestic Capture Portfolio Director will analyze potential markets, and develop and gain senior leadership concurrence on long-range plans for the US customer base. Develops a Domestic strategic plans and executes comprehensive strategies to position Lockheed Martin Aeronautic aircraft and sustainment products and services as preferred solutions. The Domestic Capture Portfolio Director will support aircraft captures, and lead sustainment aspects in airshows and tradeshows. They will also establish and manage new business fund (NBF) budgets, ensuring efficient utilization of LM resources. Director must have thorough knowledge of Aeronautic lines of business, especially F-16, F-35, and C-130J.

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 10 years related experience.
Sustainment and Logistics experience.
Experience in aviation operations, supply and maintenance.
Experience with Capture Management
Experience with aerospace industry and international market knowledge.
International customer interface experience.
Leadership experience.
Desired Skills:
Past experience on US Service Headquarters or Acquisition Staff.
Demonstrated knowledge of Aero lines of business, especially F-16, F-35, and C-130J.
Demonstrated knowledge of acquisition processes, including budgeting and approval from process owners.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
Requires a high competency in negotiation and diplomacy skills.
Strategic Thinker that can operationalize sustainment solutions.
Ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
Ability to effectively communicate (written & verbal) and influence decision makers in the region as well as USG & Lockheed Martin stakeholders.
