Functional Management Associate Manager - OCONUS - Special Operations Forces

Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking a Functional Management Associate Manager for a position OCONUS. Duties include:
Work in a Logistical environment that is fast paced, completing multiple tasks, meeting stringent time-lines.
Must be able to write correspondence in a military format, when necessary.
Attend required training associated with job responsibilities, including terrorism/force protection, counter-intelligence, information security, and others as required.
Perform data entry on compatible microcomputers utilizing versions of Microsoft, Adobe, and other DoD-licensed or provided programs.
Travel to various CONUS and/or OCONUS locations by government or commercial conveyance may be required.
Personnel will not engage in operational missions or accompany convoys to provide en-route support. Contractor personnel may perform function of a “pallet rider” during the transfer of materiel using U.S. military aircraft.
Oversees and reconciles property listings with the Unit PBOs to forecast predisposition requirements.
Oversees process for equipment nomination into the TPE Planner System.
Tracks transactions within the TPE Planner to ensure disposition instructions are received promptly.
Provides guidance and expert support to depots business owners, PBOs PBO Technicians, and SSA personnel on the functionality of TPE solution.
Has understanding and procedural knowledge of the USSOCOM enterprise and organizational mission and functions as required to support logistics and retrograde operations. Loads ERP Material Master as needed.
Process equipment into LMP. Oversees equipment and materials processing into LMP Plan and transition per disposition. Forecasts, procures, receives, accounts, distributes, and disposes Government equipment using GCSS-A. Has in-depth knowledge of hand receipt accounts, inventories, cataloging, reconciliations, authorizations, validations, change of hand receipt holders, supporting documents, Financial Liability Investigations for Property Loss (FLIPL), along with proper and timely keeping of all account property records. Performs initial review of proper completion of requisitions for the purchase of equipment and provide to the Government for authorization and processing of these items according to AR 710-2. Screens each hand receipt for excess and shortages of property and supplies for redistributing. Applies standard line item numbers (SLINs), document numbers, priorities designators, and other relevant management techniques as set forth in applicable regulations. Attaches property records to the property hand receipt holders using automated property hand receipts ac-cording to paragraph 2-10, AR 710-2
Assists Hand Receipt Holders (HRH), as required, in conducting inventories, and adjust property records as required for accuracy purposes.
Works with HRH and staff to collaborate and seek to resolve problems of a special, controversial, or technical nature, as they occur, regarding all phases of property management. Reviews monthly inventory reports for compliance with all regulations to identify appropriate adjustments are made when necessary. Distributes the monthly inventories and validation reports, a and tracks that they are executed and returned in a timely manner.
Prepares, reviews, and recommends changes to the PBO for internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Prepares FLIPL, DD Form 200, investigations, collection vouchers, and AR 15-6 investigations timely and efficiently. Advise hand receipt holders and leadership on the proper usage of property and the procedures for processing FLIPL, DD Form 200, investigations, and other regulatory means used to affix responsibility for property lost, stolen, or destroyed. Maintain FLIPL registers FLIPL (DD Form 200), and all property transactions. Conformity of property management to applicable Army Regulations, Federal Property Management Regulations, Supply Updates, and Department of the Army Pamphlets and SOPs.
Basic Qualifications:
Must Be physically fit, able to survive in an austere and inhospitable environment and be willing and able to work long hours over extended periods.
Must possess excellent work ethics, verbal and written communication skills and be detailed and accurate in performing all administrative and routine functions.
Must possess a valid state driver's license and be able to obtain appropriate special license/certifications for equipment required for their specific position.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance; this position also requires that the successful candidate be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance with SCI Access as well.

Must possess a basic knowledge of computer operations for inventory control, weapon maintenance record keeping, and parts requisitioning and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Must pass pre-deployment medical screening and possess the physical strength to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

Able to travel internationally

Desired Skills:
Completion of the Army 92Y or 92A Advanced Non‐Commissioned Officers Course or the 920A Warrant Officer Course
Experience with Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A) is preferred with a thorough and complete understanding of manual property book hand receipt procedures.
