Job Responsibilities
Description:This Aeronautics Field Sustainment (AFS) role directs all aspects of the F-35 Ebbing ANGB Maintenance and Logistics program. Responsible for coordinating/directing all subordinate, multi-company Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) in all aspects of F-35 sustainment. Acts as the Ebbing ANGB on-site primary customer contact for F-35 sustainment program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss schedule and technical performance. Provides close coordination directly with the field services director, sustainment program management, Ebbing Site Lead, US government, 85th Fighter Group, and Foreign Military contacts for all F-35 Ebbing Maintenance planning and execution. Other responsibilities include:
• Responsible for the management of the resources required to safely and efficiently plan and execute aircraft maintenance support to include aircraft modifications.
• Serves as the primary point of contact with the Ebbing ANGB Government Contract Representative for sustainment operations. Ensures aircraft sortie generation rates, aircraft availability rates, and flying schedules are adequately supported.
• Ensures accurate and timely metric reporting to all levels of government and industry leadership.
• Leads the execution of all Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS), Supply, Field Support Engineer, Maintenance activities and support equipment for all foreign military sales activities.
• Serves as the on-site representative for all foreign military sales sustainment activities.
• Represents Ebbing ANGB Site Operations to very senior multinational government officials (Minister of Defense, Chief of Staff of Air Forces level) and elected officials (Governors, Senators, Congress, Mayors).
• Responsible for all affordability and readiness initiatives. • Serves as the Deputy to the Ebbing ANGB Site Lead.
• Must have an active Final Secret Security Clearance and maintain throughout assignment. Successful candidate must be able to obtain Special Program access within a 3 month time period from date of hire. May be required to work additional hours as required to support the mission.
• Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:

• Excellent communicator who can professionally convey important messages to the maintenance group and at an executive level with internal and external stakeholders
12 years related experience in the following skills:
• Requires a history of demonstrated leadership skills (10 years).
• Experience in base-level fighter aircraft operations (8 years).
• Experience managing large, complex workforces.
• Experience working with US Air Force Sustainment operations
• Experience maintaining F-35 A, B, and/or C variants (8 years)
• Ability to walk flight line regularly
• Proven record closing on multiple complex action items simultaneously, ensuring completion prior to suspense dates
• Takes extreme ownership as a leader and encourages creative thinking in teams to solve problems at the lowest levels
• Current SECRET Clearance
Desired Skills:
• Current F-35 Program Access
• Bachelor’s Degree and/or Master’s Degree from an accredited college
• Experience working with Foreign Military F-35 sustainment operations (or other warfighter platforms)
• MROU/Depot Experience
• Multilingual
• Program Management Experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
