Job Responsibilities
Description:Lockheed Martin plays an important role in the national security of the United States and more than 70 other nations, ensuring peace and stability around the world. We are on a mission to strengthen the backbone of the free world by supporting Ebbing Field’s mission as the world class fighter jet training center for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers in Fort Smith, Arkansas
Responsibilities include:
• Use Fifth Generation aircraft management tools “Autonomic Logistics Information System" (ALIS) to track aircraft history, maintenance, engine data and Time Compliance Technical Directive (TCTDs) and time change items.
• Performs aircraft and aircrew debriefing. Coordinates with Maintenance Manager on schedules, aircraft status and issues as they occur.
• Provide On-The Job training to government personnel as it pertains to Aircraft Debriefing and Maintenance Ops Center operations.
• Maintains accurate aircraft status boards and performs other duties as directed by the Manager. Requires the application of experience and good judgment when dealing with customers.
• Considered candidates must be capable of working first (1st), second (2nd), or third (3rd) shift(s) dependent on customer needs
• Must possess at minimum an Interim Secret Security Clearance and be able to obtain / maintain a Final Secret clearance. Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:
The following Basic Qualifications are skills that a candidate must possess to be considered for this position:
• 3 years experience in U.S. Air Force AFSC, U.S. Navy NEC, U.S. Marine MOS, or US Army MOS aircraft maintenance discipline or equivalent commercial/civilian experience.
• Experience with Aircraft Flying/Maintenance/Scheduling and the associated software
Desired Skills:
The following Desired Skills are not required but are those skills that would set a candidate apart from the others:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college
• F-35 or Fifth Generation aircraft maintenance experience.
• U.S. Marine Corps Maintenance Administration experience
• Experience and knowledge of Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) or Integrated Maintenance Information System (IMIS)
• Experience with Portable Maintenance Aid (PMA) activities such as aircraft forms documentation.
• Knowledge of Safety, Tool Control, Foreign Object Damage (FOD), Supply, Hazardous Material (HAZMAT), Training Management System (TMS), Quality, or Security programs.
• Good communication skills.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
