Essential duties include providing computer network operations (CNO) analytic support against high value targets while working alongside computer network operators.

Assists military customer by applying skills and knowledge of digital networks and the applications on them to determine source and location of obtained data.

Enables actions and intelligence collection via computer networks that exploit data gathered from target information systems.

Collaborates closely with customers to solve complex problems in computer network analysis, network exploitation, reverse engineering, digital network intelligence, dataflow, computer forensics, signals intelligence (SIGINT) development, network mapping & discovery, and computer networking.

Provides support for meetings, conferences, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), program acquisition/commodity group, working group teams, and semi-annual programmatic reviews, as applicable.
Mentors, trains, and develops junior analysts in their work role.

The successful candidate will be considered subject matter experts in technical disciplines such as advance analysis of networks and devices, collection, and open-source data.

Some travel may be required, not to exceed 10% annually.

Basic Qualifications:
10+years practical experience (networks, telecom, analysis)

3+years practical experience working with/within the Intelligence and Special Operations communities conducting complex, offensive cybersecurity projects that deliver cyber capabilities and effects.

Industry/government certifications/training in:
• CYBER 3800
• CYBER 3422
• NETA 2108
• NETW 3006
• COMP 1100 (or equivalent courses)
• Advanced knowledge of and skill in: analytical tradecraft, operations research, computer operating systems (Windows, UNIX), penetration testing, network communication protocols, computer and network architectures and virtual machine (VM) technology.

Must be able to obtain and retain a TOP SECRET (TS) clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).

Must sign a non-disclosure agreement.
Desired Skills:
Industry certifications/training in:
• NET+
• SEC+
• Penetration testing, offensive cybersecurity, and exploit development courses from IEEE (Institute for Electrical and Electronic Engineers), OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional), SANS Technology Institute, GIAC (Global Information Assurance Certification), and EC-Council.

Knowledge of Python, Ruby, Powershell, Bash and Perl.
