Description:Manages ongoing activities of the Army TADSS Maintenance Program at Ft Irwin, CA and the US Army National Training Center. As the deputy site manager, carries out specific directions from the site manager and the Program Management Office (PMO). Provides supervision to teammates in the conduct of contract performance work statement (PWS) and ensures compliance to program directives. Represents program and site management at customer meetings and conferences. Assists the site manager with the development and management of program metrics, recommends process improvements and communicates program direction with teammates.

Leadership skills
Microsoft office suite experience
Desired Skills:
Previous experience on the War Fighter Focus program.
Knowledge and experience with MILES installation and repair operations.
Experience working with subcontract teammates.
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered an emerging authority.
