Supply Technician - Secret Clearance

Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking a Supply Technician for a position located in Fayetteville, NC. The primary duties for this position will be responsibility for all retail fuel (ordering, receiving, and reporting) and turn-ins. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Ordering supplies from a variety of vendors.

Handling the shipping and receiving for the warehouse and assisting management with tracking.

Reconciliation of invoices for receiving transactions and maintaining invoice database.

Separating, packaging, and distribution of supplies for all customer section accounts.

Restocking of warehouse items.

Manage stock control and re-order issues as customer relies on this input when stocks are nearly depleted for re-orders.

Acting as a liaison between the section and Property Book Office (PBO) which requires the individual to be familiar with the unit property turn-in and receipt procedures.
Basic Qualifications:
Must be familiar with U.S. Special Operation Command (USSOCOM) and U.S. Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) logistics policies and procedures

Experience with Property Unit Supply processes

Experience with turn-in receipt procedure

Experience with reconciliation of invoices for receiving transactions

Knowledge of standard military terminology, processes, and data interchange systems

Must be familiar with Microsoft Office programs, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Willingness to work outside of normal 8-5 business hours as required

Ability to obtain a secret security clearance, and must have an interim secret clearance prior to start so therefore all candidates must be a US Citizen.
Desired Skills:
Fuel accountability experience

HAZMAT Certification

GCSS-Army experience

Current DOD Secret Clearance
