Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking a Power Platform Developer - Telework option for Ft Liberty, NC customer

Position Description:
Able to develop, maintain, and deliver services and solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite (MS PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI) with Azure, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, SQL Server and other integrations. Provide daily production system support and user support. Has strong foundational knowledge of Office 365 platform including MS Power Platform, Azure AD, and Azure resources. Develop and deliver user training for Power Platform development.

General Responsibility:
The Power Platform Developer will design, develop and implement applications, reports/dashboards, and automate workflows utilizing MS PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate. The Power Platform Developer will train and advise other staff on building and maintaining applications, reports/dashboards, and automated workflows.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Develops PowerApps integrated with data sources in databases and SharePoint and Azure infrastructure.

Assists in managing the deployment, maintenance and updating of PowerApps, Power BI visualizations, Reports and Datasets.

Responsible for developing and maintaining Power BI Apps and Reports according to business requirements.

Works with stakeholders to develop organizational Power BI report themes and maintain consistency across Apps and reports.

Assists in maintaining data resources, including SharePoint, databases, cloud storage, data sets and data models.

Provides training for staff on the use of Power BI, PowerApps and Power Automate.

Trains and facilitates business users to create their own reports, apps, and automated processes using Power BI, PowerApps, and Power Automate.

Assists in creating documentation, cataloging and maintenance of Data Dictionaries.

Assists in managing Power BI Licensing and access control.

Adopts agile methodology to deliver continuous improvement of apps.

Ability to manage project timelines and delivering within time limits.

Performs other duties and tasks as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance.

Proficient at building data collection applications using MS PowerApps.

Proficient with Power BI languages (Power Query/M/Dax) to build reporting and analytic solutions.

Experience using MS Power Automate or MS Flow process automation solutions.

Strong SQL query skills and proficiency with Azure SQL database support.

Able to query data using REST APIs

Experience with business data analysis.

Expert level Office 365.

Must have strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

Ability to handle competing priorities and deliver to deadlines.

Must be a strong team player and possess the ability to serve in leadership role as appropriate.

Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communications skills.

Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative and respectful environment with strong interpersonal skills.
Desired Skills:
Experience with modern cloud data architecture in Azure, including Azure SQL DB, Blob Storage, Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake, and Data Bricks.

Background using ETL/ELT, data warehouse, and other BI tools.

Understands programming languages such as HTML, Javascript, C#, .Net, R, Python, and Scala.

Interest in AI, Machine Learning, and data analytics deployed in MS Azure.

MS Power Platform Developer certification preferred.

Bachelor's degree in information systems or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Non- standard 40 hour work week as assigned by leader
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $115,500 - $217,500. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $100,400 - $192,500 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
