The successful Weapon Systems Integration (WSI) Test & Evaluation Sr. Mgr. and Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead will define an organization and build a strong team of leaders and individual contributors to plan and successfully execute a ground and flight test program for a portfolio NSP program. The senior leader is deployed to the Program Manager and works closely with he/she and the Chief Systems Engineer to define the flight and ground test program planning, qualification test planning, support equipment development planning and integration as well as overall system verification testing. This Full Spectrum Leader is disciplined in value driven Systems Engineering and provides for verification rigor in support of design compliance documentation. This senior leadership position works closely with their Navy counterpart to field a strategic system.

Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in systems engineering or related engineering discipline
• Experience leading large scale technical programs
• Experience leading multi-discipline teams to achieve positive results
• Demonstrated experience leading and conducting Systems Engineering Integration Test Readiness reviews and verification
• Demonstrated ability to define and execute Ground Test Program
• Demonstrated ability to define and execute a flight test program
• Demonstrated experience fielding support equipment and verification test systems
• Demonstrated experience defining a requirements and verification baseline
• Demonstrated ability to interact with DOD customers and build effective relationships
Desired Skills:
• Experience as Chief Test Engineer within the SMD Line of Business
• Experience in a Program Start-UP environment
• Experience on a leadership team on a development program
• Experience with control account management principles, techniques, and processes, minimum in either a CAM position, or a role with similar experience
