As the Weapon Systems Engineering, Integration & Test (WSEIT) Requirements and Verification Systems Engineering Manager, you will:
• Build a strong team of individual contributors to plan and successfully execute the Requirements Verification and Validation (RV&V) program
• Work collaboratively to define the Requirements and Verification Baseline, and participate in development and flight test hardware baseline, ground and flight test planning, design maturity reviews
• Be a Full Spectrum Leader who is disciplined in value driven Systems Engineering and drives design evolution in a systematic and thoughtful way
• Work closely with your Navy counterpart to develop, test and field a strategic system

Typically has 14 - 20 years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or related engineering discipline with demonstrated systems engineering skills
• Proven leadership experience
• Participating in Systems Engineering Milestone reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, MRR)
• Defining a requirements and verification baseline
• Demonstrated ability to interact with DOD customers and build effective relationships
US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
Desired Skills:
• L-coded (management) experience within the Strategic Missile Defense (SMD) Line of Business or for a major Weapon System
• Program Start-UP environment
• Leadership team experience on a development program
• Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
• Control Account Management (CAM) principles, techniques, and processes, in either a CAM position, or a role with similar experience
• Secret clearance
