Lockheed Martin (LM) is looking for a hardworking Systems Requirements and Verification Lead to become a member of the IR-CPS Team.

As a Systems Engineering Lead for Requirements and Verification, you will:
• Define and own the Requirements and Verification Baseline
• Lead Specification and Interface Control Document development
• Support development of the hardware build baseline, ground and flight test planning, and design reviews
• Be a lead in value driven Systems Engineering team and drive design evolution in a systematic and thoughtful way
• Work closely with the customer to develop, test and field a strategic system

You will typically have 14 - 20 years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience in Systems Engineering, or related engineering discipline with detailed knowledge of Systems Engineering concepts and processes
• Experience with identifying, decomposing, allocating and verifying/validating requirements
• Participating in Systems Engineering reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, MRR)
• Coordinating with multiple key partners
• Demonstrated basic understanding of systems thinking skills and behaviors
US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
Desired Skills:
• Demonstrated experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
• Missile or space segment design and test experience with one or more subsystems or disciplines outside of Systems Engineering
• Ability to build strong relationships with program internal and external customers
• Demonstrated behaviors of a systems thinker with the ability to select and apply appropriate systems thinking skills to solve problems and implement constructive change
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to build consensus among peers while building solid relationships with team members
• Active Secret clearance
