Our team in Englewood, CO has an exciting opportunity for an early to mid-career level Program Planner to support a new program within the Space and Strategic Missile Defense Line of Business that will have the size and scope to offer valuable career development experiences. What will this role typically involve?

• You will develop, status, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) in sufficient detail to monitor progress

• You will develop recovery plans to ensure program milestones are completed in accordance with the contract requirements

• You will use critical path methodology and application in network development, analysis, and problem resolution

• You will perform independent schedule risk assessments and mitigation planning

• In conjunction with Program Finance and CAMs, you will develop/maintain Earned Value Management System metrics and provide monthly status and analysis

• You will interface with a variety of program functional organizations such as Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Subcontract Management, Business Management, and Program Management while working with the entire planning team to translate customer requirements into the program baseline

• You will work with cross-functional teams to maintain and coordinate vertical and horizontal schedule integration between supplemental schedules, the IMS, and the Program Summary Master Schedule

• You will serve as liaison by maintaining, publishing, and presenting relevant planning and scheduling information and metrics to provide visibility and communicate potential issues to management and engineering

Basic Qualifications:
• Must have 3-5 years of relevant program planning experience

• Experience with a scheduling tool such as MS Project (preferred), Primavera, Open Plan Professional, or comparable scheduling tool

• Experience creating and maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule

• Earned Value Management experience

• Experience conducting schedule integrity checks, critical path analyses, and work around plans

• Must be a United States citizen and be able to obtain a Secret security clearance
Desired Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline

• Significant knowledge of scheduling tools such as MS Project (preferred), Primavera, Open Plan Professional, @Risk, Milestones Professional, OnePager Pro, Acumen, OPDEC

• Strong influencing and relationship management skills

• Ability to work independently as well as part of an integrated team

• Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
