This position is located at Eglin AFB in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, and will support the F-35 Lightning II Program. This position will perform duties as a Security Administrator (SA) and will be responsible for security support of classified and unclassified areas of the F-35 Integrated Training Center (ITC).

Duties will include, but are not limited to: assist instructors, students and visitors using facilities; operate badging and access control systems; monitor security camera systems; perform random searches; enforce all USAF and local security procedures and practices including controlling access to secure facilities, handling and storage of classified documents and electronic media, and monitoring compliance with COMSEC and COMPUSEC; provide assistance with file plans and documentation maintenance in classified containers; change combinations and generate SF 700s; assist in self inspections and prepare for customer inspections; perform and document vault alarm tests; assist in security investigations; assist in providing training and scheduling of Level 1 SAs in specified locations; and escort un-cleared personnel within classified areas. SAs will be hired to support either first, second or third shift operations to include weekends as required. While assigned shifts should be stable, applicants may be required to change shifts, if necessary, to support mission requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
Secret security clearance with investigation within the last six years. Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Program Access. Experience working in classified environments and/or with classified materials. Outstanding written and verbal communicative skills.
Desired Skills:
Experience working in a Special Access Program (SAP) environment. Familiarization with the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS). Experience providing briefings or training.
