Join Lockheed Martin's dynamic team working on the cutting edge of aerospace technology. We provide training systems for the world's most advanced aircraft, including the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter.

This position is for the Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) Sustainment Product Lead for the Instructional Products Integrated Product Team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the management of the design, development, and delivery of F-35 ALIS training products for the F-35 enterprise.

THE WORK

As the Instructional Products ALIS Lead you will:
• Monitor and report on the team’s production work and identify the need for and/or prioritizes Problem Tracking Request (PTR) action,
• Manages schedule requirements and plans and executes change request schedules,
• Works with the Joint Program Office, U.S. Services, foreign partners/customers, and Instructional System Design (ISD) specialists to ensure the content of all ISD products are technically accurate,
• Ensure the syllabus design supports the courseware and training devices in the training system,
• Evaluates curriculum changes with ISD and communicates impacts to service and contractor teams.

The successful candidate will work closely with other members of the Lockheed Martin’s Training, Logistics and Sustainment teams on site to fulfill F-35 training objectives. The candidate will implement and support Lockheed Martin initiatives, programs and policies.

Note: This position will be located at the Eglin ATC, Eglin Air Force Base, Florida. The position requires periodic travel.

Basic Qualifications:
• 10 or more years of professional experience in an engineering related disciple.
• 3 or more years of experience using ALIS software and hardware, hardware/system monitoring and performance tuning.
• Experience with ALIS utilizing system/software/user maintenance and maintaining system documentation.
• IT experience in system/database/network/security.
• Candidates must have a Secret security clearance or higher with investigation within the last 5 years.
Desired Skills:
• 5 or more years ALIS Administration Experience
• Experience with one or more of the following; system, database, network, or mission planning administration.
• Experience tracking tasks/tickets to completion and provide training to team members.
• Experience with program managers and government customers.
• Experience with JIRA or Confluence.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
