• Represents the interests of the stakeholders, sponsors, and potential users
• Ensures product decisions are in alignment with the strategy
• Collaborates with the Portfolio Team to establish product vision and roadmap as well as identify new markets and customers
• Collaborates with the Business Analysts to continually mature the backlog, focusing on profitability of the product (ROI)
• Ensures Features and User Stories are properly vetted, prepared, executed, and delivered
• Communication of the strategic vision and outcomes to Product and Delivery Teams
• Works with the Product Team to provide Feature solution options to the Portfolio Team, balancing capacity and demand
• Ensures that the ready backlog is maintained and that the Delivery Team is never starved of work
• Creates and maintains the Ready Backlog of Features to ensure they meet the Definition of Ready and have Acceptance Criteria that are in alignment with the Epic success criteria and desired outcomes
• Prioritizes the ready backlog of Features
• Support the Product Manager in writing Epic success criteria and desired outcomes to meet the strategic vision and business outcomes
Basic Qualifications:
• Prior experience in Cyber Security, agile or program management, or security leadership role such as Product Owner, Product Analyst or Product Manager in the development of IT or Software Products
• Prior experience with Customer and Stakeholder engagement
Desired Skills:
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum/Kanban environment
• ServiceNow integration experience
• Information Security related background
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to HIPAA, PCI and Privacy
• Knowledge of LM Corporate security policies.
• Experience in mitigating IT Tech Debt and retiring legacy products and services
• Demonstrated use of metrics to make data driven decisions
• Experience in creating or contributing to product roadmaps
• Experience conducting user interviews and/or customer surveys
• Familiarity with Service Now for ITSM
• Familiarity with AWS and/or Azure IT service development and maintenance
• Familiarity with on-premise IT service development and maintenance
• Experience working in a virtual environment
