Lockheed Martin is looking for an energetic and high performing E2E Systems Engineer to join the SBIRS team in Denver, Colorado. This position is in support of the SBIRS program, responsible for testing interfaces with various USSF and Joint organizations and their supporting contractors. As an end to end tester you will be part of a team and will define the scope of testing necessary to demonstrate ITW/AA System Certification. You will conduct mission scenario and recorded live event playback for performance and functionality evaluations; integrate and evaluate delivered capabilities.

In this role you will:
• Develop test approaches objectives and procedures
• Collect vital test data and conduct analysis of test data to support objective assessment
• Provide technical support and information to government personnel performing operations, operational test, and assist engineering teams in troubleshooting efforts

Travel along the Front Range of Colorado will be required

Typically has 5 - 10 years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field; or equivalent work experience
• Familiarity with testing and problem solving for integrated systems
• Experience developing and executing test plans
• Current Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI
Desired Skills:
• Experience with OPIR and/or SBIRS mission processing and E2E testing
• Ability to interact with hardware and software developers to ensure mission requirements are satisfied
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with strong presentation skills and capable of briefing audiences of varying technical knowledge
• Ability to operate in a dynamic environment and take on numerous roles as part of the daily program operations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to build consensus among peers while building solid relationships with team members
• Demonstrated behaviors of a systems thinker with the ability to select and apply appropriate systems thinking skills to solve problems and implement constructive change
• Current Top Secret / SCI security clearance

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $82,200 - $157,500. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
