Description:The selected candidate will develop optimal control solutions, implement new modeling and simulation techniques and design analytical algorithms for an advanced technologies research effort. The candidate will have opportunities to travel for demonstrations, conferences, and collaboration events.
Basic Qualifications:
The candidate must have the following skills:

• Extensive knowledge of MATLAB
• Understanding of Dynamics and Controls
• Familiar with Optimization techniques
• Understands and can apply Object-Oriented design
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Aerospace)
Desired Skills:
Additional skills in the following areas are desired.

• Java and Python programming experience
• TensorFlow experience
• Understanding of Machine Learning and Reinforcement Learning
• Understanding of Trajectory Optimization Techniques
• Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Mechanical or Aerospace engineering
