THE WORK
We’re looking for a Program Management Sr PM to lead the Middle East portfolio. In this high-impact role, you will:
• Oversee UAE/KSA portfolio of programs and captures, with accountability for cost, schedule, technical performance, and risk management.
• Lead the transition of large, complex programs from capture to execution—including contract negotiations, EVMS, and coordination with key suppliers.
• Develop and drive growth strategies aligned with RMS and enterprise-level priorities.
• Leverage our CIQ/BMC2 product line to enable customer solutions and business value.
• Guide shaping activities with cross-BA team, key global partners. and customers within the Middle east
• Build and align a workforce strategy to meet execution goals and enhance communication across multiple captures.
- Drive a culture of effective and timely issue resolution, risk identification, and mitigation strategies
- Support program initiatives in support of program talent development, 1LMX initiatives, OneLM culture, and other duties as assigned

You are a visionary and results-driven leader with a proven record in both program execution and business development. You bring:
• Deep experience leading large-scale, agile development programs and captures.
• Expertise transitioning programs from proposal to execution, with strong EVMS proficiency.
• A successful track record capturing and managing complex international defense programs, including FMS and DCS hybrids.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to drive cross-functional collaboration, align stakeholders, and deliver on strategic priorities.
• An ability to inspire teams, manage ambiguity, and execute with discipline and agility.

Basic Qualifications:
• Broad based program management experience including leadership of large/complex FMS/DCS hybrid programs and P&L responsibility, capture leadership and development of strategic business plans
• Program Management experience on development programs which include software development and system / system-of-system integration• Demonstrated track record working with large customer sets
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to negotiate and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to foster a collaborative environment and work through roadblocks and boundaries
• Demonstrated ability to organize and motivate individuals with broad range of backgrounds and experiences in pursuit of common objectives
• Ability to work across a geographically dispersed organization to resolve all program issues with demonstrated success in a team environment
Ability to build organizational talent through mentoring, upskilling, etc., to drive program execution rigor and deliver results
• Ability to travel 50% to internationally and domestically .
Desired Skills:
• Demonstrated experience successfully managing large, complex programs (100+ FTEs)
• Experience working international programs, especially within the Middle East.
• LM Cross-Business Area experience and familiarity with IAMD capabilities and subject matter experts
• Experience working in a collaborative OneLM cross-BA environment
• Demonstrated understanding of Lockheed Martin business processes
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written) and successful experience with executive level presentations
Earned Value Management experience
• Experience in orders capture, proposal development, negotiations, and contract baselining/start up.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $151,200 - $266,570. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.
