Job Responsibilities
Description:WHAT WE’RE DOING
Lockheed Martin is advancing next-generation command and control capabilities to support critical missions through scalable, data-driven systems.
As part of this effort, we are supporting EMBERPOINT™, a collaboration between Lockheed Martin, PG&E, Salesforce, and Wells Fargo to transform wildfire prevention, detection, and response across the United States. EMBERPOINT integrates advanced sensing technologies, real-time data platforms, and command-and-control capabilities to help detect fires earlier, prevent escalation, and improve coordination among responders and partner organizations.
Within the Enterprise Mission C2 (EMC2) organization, we are building modern, modular, and interoperable systems that operate across cloud and on-premise environments. We are seeking a Systems Integration & Test Lead to drive cohesive integration and test strategies that ensure these systems perform reliably across diverse deployment environments.
THE WORK
As a Systems Integration & Test Lead, you will lead the integration and validation of complex systems that span cloud-based environments and hardware-in-the-loop platforms, ensuring solutions meet mission needs in real-world operational contexts.
You will work across programs, internal R&D (IRAD), and external partners to integrate scalable, modular architectures and validate performance through continuous and event-based testing. This role blends strategic test leadership with hands-on execution, ensuring solutions are both technically sound and operationally ready.
Key Responsibilities
Lead integration and test (I&T) strategy and execution for EMBERPOINT-related capabilities, ensuring alignment with program objectives and mission outcomes.
Drive modern I&T approaches leveraging cloud computing, containerization, and microservices architectures.
Oversee system-level integration across software, cloud environments, and on-prem hardware to verify requirements across deployment configurations.
Lead planning and execution of test events, including weekly test plans, scheduling across virtual and physical environments, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
Provide technical oversight of test procedures, execution, and reporting to ensure requirements verification and system performance.
Support high-visibility demonstrations and checkpoint events, integrating Lockheed Martin and partner solutions for customer-facing validation.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and execute integration and test plans, while identifying resource, staffing, and capability needs.

WHO YOU ARE
You are a systems-level thinker with experience integrating and testing complex, distributed systems. You understand how software, cloud infrastructure, and hardware systems come together—and how to validate them in realistic operational scenarios.
You are comfortable leading test strategy while also engaging hands-on in integration activities. You thrive in collaborative environments, enjoy solving complex technical challenges, and are motivated by delivering solutions that perform in real-world conditions.
You bring strong coordination skills, technical judgment, and the ability to lead across teams and partners to achieve successful outcomes.

• Ability to obtain & maintain a DoD security clearance at the SECRET level (U.S. Citizenship required)
Desired Skills:

• Understanding of design, continuous integration and validation of software and hardware system level components
• Understanding of technical process for testing complex software systems
