This position fulfills a Cyber Engineering technical role in support of the Lockheed Martin Rotary Mission Systems (RMS) Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) program. This position will be responsible for the design, architecture, development, integration, unit test, installation, configuration, integration, deployment and maintenance of ESS components, ePO and Win/RHEL Point Products. The selected candidate will take this Cyber technology through all phases of the System Development Lifecycle maintaining the latest ESS configuration with host agents and policies to enforce host-based security on system servers/workstations and performing regular required reporting, monitor applicable security resources for updated requirements and compliance directions.
The selected candidate will also be involved with vulnerability management including analysis and remediation of IAVMs, Cyber Tasking Orders (CTOs), Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVEs), Vendor Patches and STIG configurations in support of other Cyber Product Teams (e.g., Cyber Tools, Cyber Authorization and Assessment [A&A]) as necessary due to current Iteration need.
Up to 50% of responsibilities will be performed at the MDIOC. Travel is required between Colorado Springs, Huntsville, and operational C2BMC sites to support meetings and work with distributed sites and personnel.
In addition, the selected candidate will provide technical support to the C6ISR Cyber Resiliency organization by ensuring program management and other program stakeholders are elated with performance execution and customer delivery to achieve mission success milestones.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 2 years of professional experience.
• Proven experience with implementation, deployment and sustainment of ESS and Win/RHEL Point Products within a Mission eccentric environment.
• Familiarity with security architecture design, security Audit tools, security requirements generation, security testing, and hardening workstations and servers
• Ability to trouble shoot COTS/GOTS software applications during install, configuration and testing patches on system hosts
•Qualified candidate must be able to obtain a DoD Final Secret Security Clearance prior to starting this position. This requires US Citizenship.
Desired Skills:
• Experience applying Cybersecurity configurations such as Firmware updates/upgrades, NIST 800-53 Security Controls and STIGs to a baselined system
• Agile Development Lifecycle experience
• Hands on experience with VM integration
• Working knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF) implementation across multiple phases of a Medium to large program
• Some experience with general Cybersecurity activities such as secure configuration/hardening of DoD Information Systems, system audit configuration, capture, analysis, and risk reduction

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $73,500 - $140,900. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.
