Description:The Mgmt/Reporting Admin support will perform the following tasks:

- Maintain Mountain Comm Team documentation for all 24/7 and 8/5 work centers to include:
- Maintain team Recall Rosters, Emergency Action Plans, and Team position database.
- Maintain Mgmt & Reporting Continuity Binder
- Perform Procurement Purchasing tasks; validate submitted Purchase Requests
- Create and submit Purchase Requests
- Perform procure to Pay (P2P) Requestor role
- Initiate P-Card purchases
- Track all Purchases submitted thru P2P in locally created database for audit purposes
- Perform addition duty tasks for Mgt & Reporting Work center IT Equipment and Government
Records Management responsibilities:
- Maintain oversight of Records Management (typically 17 accounts) requirements.
- Manage Privacy Act (PA) and For Official Use Only (FOUO) records.
- Maintain records provided to the NISSC II team at contract start and those generated by the Contractor in performance of PWS requirements.
- Ensure team compliance with user responsibilities IAW AFI 33-322, para 5 and support directions provided by government Base Records Manager and the Commanders IAW AFI 33-322, para 4.
- Maintain the Government record system in place for continued preservation of mission requirements.
- Manage the maintenance and disposition of records IAW AFMAN 33-363, and AFI 33-364.
- Ensure the appropriate Computer Based Training modules are completed annually and maintain a copy of CBT completion record. Employees serving as Chief Office of Records (COR) and Office POC (OPOCs) and Contractor employees serving as Unit Records Manager (URM). Create and maintain electronic records IAW HQ Air Force Electronic Records Management (ERM) Solution.
- Forward Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Privacy Act (PA) request received to 21SW FOIA/PA Manager.
- Protect PA records IAW AFI 33-332, The Air Force Privacy and Civil Liberties Program and IAW DoDM 5200.01-V1, Appendix 3. 3
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Work to be performed at the following location and possible other site locations.

Basic Qualifications:
High School diploma, or equivalent experience/combined education, with additional specialized technical training equivalent to a technical Associate degree and/or demonstrated ability to perform assigned technical/para-engineering tasks, and 5 years or more of directly related experience.
3+ years of experience in providing general administrative support in a Air Force or DOD communications organization; 3+ years’ experience with Procure to Pay purchasing system
Desired Skills:
Proficient in knowledge of Air Force administrative compliance tasks such as Records Management, IT equipment, and Government Property.

Experience with Lockheed Martin P2P, E-PDM, and MTO procurement systems and processes

Mgmt/Reporting Admin may be asked to support other areas/work centers on the NISSC II contract. He/she will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. He/she may be trained and must pass initial and recurring evaluations to maintain employment.
