Description:As part of the Talent & Organizational Capability (T&OC) organization, this role will be responsible for the execution and support of the processes and procedures that enable continued growth, learning, and development of RMS personnel. Candidate will be expected to successfully perform project management tasks for various T&OC programs and provide oversight of these items to ensure completion and successful delivery in support of associated training requirements.

Candidates must have effective interpersonal skills capable of relationship building with customers and employees at all levels and across multiple geographic locations. They will have solid organizational skills and a high level of proficiency in business software (Excel, Power Point, MS Office Suite). The ideal candidate will have demonstrated analytical thinking and business acumen with the ability to identify potential opportunities and risks in processes and/or work flow and propose solutions. Candidate must also have a continuous improvement mindset while ensuring action items are executed upon and completed.

Tasks will include, but not limited to: Conducting, consolidating and presenting budget needs analysis and allocations; Invoice/Vendor Management; support regulatory and technical training operations; operations metrics management.
Basic Qualifications:
• Project management experience
• Customer Service experience
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Strong writing and editing skills with technical writing experience
• Excellent organizational, analytical, presentation skills
Desired Skills:
• Experience with decision making, problem-solving and detail orientation
• Experience with budgeting (to include needs analysis and scheduling)
• Experience in Training / Learning & Development facilitation and course ware development
• Experience developing long-term strategies (i.e. financial planning, leading a team, corrective action, process improvements (White, Green, or Black Belt))
• Background in Supply Chain, Finance or Technical Domain
