Your expertise will keep our facilities, personnel, and national security assets fully protected, compliant, and mission ready.
What you'll be doing:

- Performs in individual and team roles supporting all contractual security requirements for DOD collateral classified programs and Special Access Programs (SAP). Serves as an Assistant Facility Security Officer (AFSO), Alternate Contractor SAP Security Officer (ACSSO) or a Security Representative.
- Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company compliance and contract execution as set forth in 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM) and DoD Manual 5205.07.
- Works closely with U. S. Government customers to seek contract execution approvals and seeks security rulings or deviations.
- Administer the SAP Nomination Process, including processing, logging, tracking, and preparing incoming and outgoing SAP & SCI Nomination packages.
- Conduct annual SETA requirements, provide security indoctrination, debriefings, pre/post Travel briefings, and annual refresher briefings as necessary.
- Conduct self-inspections and manage preparations for security compliance inspections by government security personnel.
- Maintain classified document and media control, including logs tracking documents in transition.
- Completes transportation plans and shipment/receiving of classified materials.
- Perform administrative security functions, such as organizing and filing program security paperwork.
- Process and track incoming and outgoing Visit Authorization Requests.
- Investigate security violations and submit required reports to the government.
- Manages purchase requests for security services
- Assist the FSO/CSSO and Team with additional security responsibilities as needed.
- Support DoD Collateral, SCI, and SAP classified program requirements.

WORK LOCATION FOR THIS POSITION IS AT A U.S. BASED LOCKHEED MARTIN FACILITY IN CHERRY HILL, NJ
Basic Qualifications:
- Final Top Secret Clearance required prior to start, with ability to obtain TS/SCI**
- Experience in previously appointed position as FSO, CSSO, ACSSO or equivalent
- Knowledge and experience implementing the 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoD 5205.07 Volumes 1-4 and ICD 705
- Candidate must be a self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic industry environment
- The ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive, and risk-managed security recommendations and solutions based on limited and or conflicting information
- The ability to thrive and build relationships with government customers and industry partners
- Scheduling and coordination skills
- Effective teaming skills

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $69,900 - $123,280. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
