This position supports the FBM Test Missile Kit (TMK) production and the D5 flight test program by ensuring TMK flight hardware is available and meets requirements to support program needs. Responsibilities include witnessing testing, reviewing test data, and supporting the Product Certification for the associated Flight Readiness Reviews. Participates in Failure Review Boards and provides technical guidance on problem investigations concerning the Tracking, Telemetry, and Flight Termination Subsystem electronics. Provides technical oversight and support for package level CPEs within the Test Missile Kit system. Supports on-site as needed for FBM In-Tube Conversion at the Strategic Weapons Facilities and serves as the technical guidance on problem investigations concerning the Tracking, Telemetry, and Flight Termination Subsystem electronics. Provides technical oversight and support for package level CPEs within the Test Missile Kit system. Supports on-site as needed for FBM In-Tube Conversion at the Strategic Weapons Facilities and serves as the technical POC for TMK related issues during conversion. Generates technical reports and Range Safety Notifications on TMK anomalies when required. Interfaces with the Air Force's 45th Space Wing as necessary. Prepares presentations and technical briefings to support FBM Flight Readiness. Maintains a close relationship with the U.S. Navy to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field. (Directly relatable industry experience will be considered in lieu of a degree)
• Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
Desired Skills:
• Knowledge of product development and associated development life cycle
• Experience with PCBs and basic electronics
• Experience working with the Navy customer
• Experience with Flight Termination Systems
• Experience with Failure Review Boards
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills, strong social skills, and ability to build solid relationships with team members
• Active Secret security clearance
Other Important Information You Should Know Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
