Description:Develops long-range objectives and strategic plans for corporation or major division by identifying internal and external strategic issues that could affect growth and profitability. Scans environment for business opportunities, maintains surveillance over market, and may perform financial analysis of acquisition candidates. Develops and monitors profitability, productivity, and growth targets. May prepare acquisition proposals, recommend financial and non-financial strategic objectives and alternatives, and implement and maintain strategic and operational plans. Plans and coordinates business reviews, resource allocations, organization structures, and financial analysis.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Finance, Quality or other related field from an accredited college/university. This position requires special access to support the program and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen.
Desired Skills:
Fundamental knowledge of program planning principles. Experience with reviews, network analysis, independent assessment of reasonableness of timelines and claims of schedule progress.. Familiarity with Microsoft Project, AMS ReaTime Projects (RTP) or other scheduling tools. Knowledge of Critical Path Methodology (CPM). Knowledge Earned Value Management System (EVMS). Proficient with Microsoft Office Products.
