This is a rare opportunity to work closely alongside our Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) partners to field a number of future strategic systems that the nation urgently needs.

Interested in joining us as an Electronics Engineer? If so, then you will be part of an engineering team that is going through requirements derivation, , reviews, engineering release (Specifications, ICDs, , Engineering Drawings, P/Ls, Procedures, etc), development & qualification , requirement , production, data review, troubleshooting, issue resolution, integration, and performance validation. This work will be done at the system/subsystem, hardware (Unit/Assembly), and level. Areas of include (batteries & distribution), ordnance fuzing and initiation, control/drive , Flight Termination System (FTS), Telemetry, Instrumentation, Missile Harnessing, and Special Equipment (STE) for of hardware. Some hardware will be supplier provided, and will required engineering oversight and review of supplier generated data.

This position is seeking someone to lead engineering efforts for the telemetry, instrumentation, and other procured hardware (e.g. rate gyros) portions of the system. However, you will be part of a highly collaborative team and there will be opportunities to engage in other parts of the engineering effort.


You will typically have 9 - 15 years of professional experience for this role.

If selected, you will need to obtain a , thus US is required.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors or Masters degree in an Electrical/Electronics program or other related discipline from an accredited college/university. Lower level education may be accepted with proper experience.

• Demonstrated /analysis understanding

• System/Subsystem and/or Hardware (Unit/Assembly/Component) , integration, , and/or experience.

• Experience with Telemetry Encoders / Data Acquisition Systems.

• Experience with Transducers/Sensors (Pressure, RTDs, Accelerometers, Calorimeters).

• Experienced interfacing with subcontract suppliers.
Desired Skills:
• Experienced at reviewing SDRL data items provided by suppliers (Analysis, ADP, QTR)
• Demonstrated understanding of Electrical or Electronics theories and principles
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong communication skills, and experience presenting to peers, leadership, and/or customers
• Must be adaptable to new situations and demonstrate self-initiative in solving complex problems.
• Experienced at leading teams through challenging engineering and/or programmatic issues
• Ability to interpret and create electrical in tools such as Zuken
• Experience in modeling and analysis tools such as and/or
• Experience using CAD tools such as Creo
• Development experience
• Experience with and Measurement Equipment
• Electrical/Electronics , integration, , and on missile, launch vehicle, and/or satellite programs.
• Experience doing / and
• Experience in Worst Case Analysis (WCA)
• Experience in Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
• Experienced at conducting failure analysis on Electronics (, Unit, and System Level)
• Demonstrated ability to identify Root Cause and effectively perform Corrective Actions
• Demonstrated desire for continuous process improvement
• Knowledge of functional and environmental methodologies/requirements used on missile, launch vehicle, and/or satellite programs.
• Demonstrated experience related to the , integration and of Electrical generation, regulation, and distribution systems.
• Knowledge of Battery Technologies, cell balancing techniques, battery management
• Understanding of Grounding Schemes used on missile, launch vehicle, and/or satellite programs.
• Demonstrated experience related to Safe/Arm Devices for Ordnance Fuzing and Initiation
• Flight termination systems experience
• Experience in Harness Assembly and Installation practices
• Experience in Special Equipment (STE) and/or utilization (including )
• Experience with RF (Transmitters, Receivers, Antennas)
• Understanding of Bus Architectures such as Ethernet, Serial (RS-422, RS-485), CAN
• Experience in System/Subsystem architecture , integration, , and on missile, launch vehicle, and/or satellite programs.
