The Quality Engineering Team has a great opportunity for a Quality/Data Control Analyst supporting our Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) Quality Program in Cape Canaveral, FL, Eastern Range Facility.

What You Will Be Doing
The Quality/Data Control Analyst will support the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) Quality Program in Cape Canaveral, FL, Eastern Range Facility. The Quality Analyst ensures the conformance to company and regulatory standards. Initiates, reviews, analyzes and reports on quality-related data/metrics from production, service, supplier or process improvement activities and analyzes using statistical techniques. Interfaces as needed with manufacturing, engineering, customer, vendor and subcontractor representatives to ensure process requirements are met. Supports the development of disposition and corrective actions for recurring product/process discrepancies for both make and buy items.

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Leading corrective action meetings and collaborating with teams to identify trends and resolve problems
• Maintaining data systems that record compliance and discrepancy documentation
• Perform audits, track audit findings, and status for closure
• Trend quality metrics and support problem solving activities related to reporting
• Developing and maintaining records in support of sales completion and delivery of missile hardware to the customer.
• Assisting in collection and data analysis for technical investigations to support missile assembly, test, and integration, and various support areas.
• Attending meetings, leading and participating in team assignments, special projects, and Continuous Improvement events
• Working with various data systems to perform quality analysis tasks.
• Using sound judgment and discretion in completing assignments.

Basic Qualifications:
To be effective, ideally, you should have:
• Bachelor degree from an accredited college in Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics or other related degree, or equivalent experience/combined education,
• Must be able to perform in a team and customer-focused work environment, maintaining effective communication with internal / external customers.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
• Experience creating Tableau dashboards, SAP/ERP, and sharepoint experience
• Experience with data mining, entry, and trending
• Experience with data analytics to report trends and achieve results, drive improvements and efficiencies
• Previous experience, interpreting and applying contractual and AS9100 / ISO90001 requirements
• Department of Defense or Aerospace experience
• Knowledge of working at all levels of organization to identify and drive systemic root cause and corrective action utilizing quantitative, qualitative analytical capabilities.
• Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office applications
• Experienced with research and analysis of quality reporting metrics, charts, and documentation

You will need to be a US Citizen, (no dual citizens), and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD TOP SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Desired Skills:
To be effective, ideally, you should also have:
• Bachelors or Masters degree in STEM
• Minimum 3 years total experience
• Department of Defense and/or Aerospace experience
• Knowledge of AS9100 standard and implementation of Quality Management Systems
• Familiarity with Lockheed Martin Space Systems processes and tools (Qnotes, EPDM, FOE/FOD)
• Demonstrated knowledge of the FBM program and familiar with the Navy SSP customer
• Ability to coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Programs, and Procurement on product quality issues and effective issue resolution.
• Demonstrated ability to use causal analysis tools to analyze and resolve technical / process issues varying from basic to very complex.
• Experience with developing and reviewing Quality Standards, methods, work instructions and procedures for inspection
• Knowledge of conformance and contract verification activities
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong problem solving and solution development skills
• Demonstrated ability to recommend sound/effective problem resolutions with clear and concise direction for efficient execution of directives.
• Experience working in a union environment
• Familiar with other FBM related discrepancy documents/processes
• Familiarity with missile hardware, processes, systems, enterprise requirements and command media
• Understanding the ability to apply T9001, Technical Program Management Requirements
• Active Top Secret clearance

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
