Description:Seeking a high-energy, professional leader willing to develop and excel in a fast-paced program operations environment. In this role, you will function as a Leader of Leaders, managing the following two Mission Operations sections within the Eastern Range (ER), located at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station (CCSFS), Florida supporting the US Navy’s Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) program.

Fleet Training Program Controls (FTPC)
The Fleet Training group directly supports both the Navy’s Fleet Training Program (SP2056) and the Facilities (SP2742) branches. FTPC’s internal functions include:
• Strategic Weapons Systems (SWS) Trainers Operational Support
• Training Effectiveness System (TES) Support
• Training Material Support (TMS)
• Training Technology
• Naval Ordnance Test Unit (NOTU) Specialized Training
• Production and Deployed System Support (P&DSS) contract Control Account Manager (CAM)
Program Support & Compliance
The Program Support & Compliance group supports the ER Resident Director (RD) and Deputy Resident Director (DRD) with P&DSS contract and FBM program support in the following areas:
• Comprehensive Assessment Program (CAP)
• ER Procedure (ERP) coordination and management
• Risk and Opportunity Management Board (ROMB)
• ER Mission Operations audit/inspection support
• Mission Operations P&DSS contract documentation coordination
You will also be providing direct support to the ER RD/DRD and supporting site leadership to include strategic program direction and day-to-day operations efforts.
Basic Qualifications:
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with effective presentations and clear communications.
• Ability to obtain a TOP SECRET US Security Clearance.
Desired Skills:
• Previous management/leader experience, to include personnel management.
• Fleet Ballistic Missile program experience.
• Currently hold an active TOP SECRET US Security Clearance.
• Prior budget management, Earned Value Management (EVM) or Control Account Manager (CAM) experience
• Previous experience working with US Navy or Department of Defense (DoD) programs.
• Experience working with multi-functional teams.
• Lean Six Sigma certified, green or black belt.
• Project management, engineering, or planning experience.
• Ability to work independently or in a team setting.
• Critical thinker with sound problem solving skills.
• Strong work ethic, shows tact, effective listening skills and follow through.
• Strong time manager with prioritization and organizational skills.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
