What does this role look like?
The Portfolio Planning & Integration team is responsible for the scheduling, budgeting, and staffing needs of the Eastern Range site to meet the workload demands of CMC, Avionics, QA, UK, Re-Entry, Integrated Planning, SEIT, Infrastructure, F&BO, TMK and Property with the capabilities and resources of Mission Operations and Test organizations.
This role is for the Project Engineer Associate, who is responsible for developing the Mission Operations short-range schedules while integrating and deconflicting resource requirements across the directorates. This includes understanding the priorities and constraints of each directorates’ workload demands, gathering status to track readiness, and following up with stakeholders to ensure schedules are efficient and achievable for Test and Mission Operations.
In this role will offer you the following daily key responsibilities
• Establish strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external customers.
• Represent the Lockheed Martin core values of Respect Others, Perform with Excellence and Do What’s Right.
• Deconflict, schedule and track production projects on a variety of Integrated Master Schedules.
• Deconflict, schedule and track production related walk on work through the Eastern Range Work Request process.
• Collaborate with other project engineers to develop the site’s short and mid-range schedules.
• Brief Senior Leadership on various production projects and issues that require escalation or senior leader decisions.
• Serve as primary liaison for production work load demands at Eastern Range. Host meetings with stakeholders to determine priorities, scheduling, strategic planning and resource deconflictions.
• Identify Risks & Opportunities to the Eastern Range site and incorporate them into the site’s Risk and Opportunity portfolio
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and Program Planning groups to ensure Integrated Master Schedules are kept up to date and are planned with available resources.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college.
• Experience in a customer facing role, building relationships and collaborating.
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office tools.
• You will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information

• Demonstrated skills of emotional intelligence and crucial conversations.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering first time quality to customers.
• Demonstrated communication skills, written and verbal.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
