As our new Program Planning team member, you will be someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, leads by example, and has the uncanny ability to influence and further collaboration and partnerships that generate impactful results.

• You will plan and manage detailed schedule networks from design, assembly, test, and inter-operations

• You will work with Engineering, Finance and Business Operations, and Program Management while working with the entire planning team to translate authorized customer requirements into the performance measurement baseline

• You will create and maintain compliant Integrated Master Schedules which accurately and comprehensively validate contractual scope, work flow, and resources required to execute the program

Typical minimum requirements to be success in this position include a Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of relevant professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education

• If selected, you will need to obtain a SECRET clearance, thus US Citizenship is required.

Desired Skills:
• Familiarity with a scheduling tool such as MS Project, Real Time Project, or Primavera
• Customer service experience
• Presentation experience
• Experience analyzing data
• Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
