Technical Quality Engineering Lead - Camden, AR

Description:Reviews and develops information for inspection of units, assemblies and systems based on knowledge of specifications, prints, schematics and manufacturing process plans. Performs a variety of activities to insure accuracy and completeness of final and in-process inspection or validation methods, documentation and test processes.
Calibrates, adjusts, and maintains measuring and indicating instruments. Sets up calibration sequences, methods and procedures
Develop and maintain subject matter expert level knowledge of First Article Inspection (FAI), Product Line Validation (PLV) and other associated program or process launch / start up procedures. Train and instruct other Quality personnel in stated areas of expertise.
Basic Qualifications:
Knowledge and expertise in inspection and validations techniques, ability to read and interpret prints, requirements and related GD&T.

Experienced in developing inspection plans, tracking and controlling non conformance (visual and dimensional) and test anomalies, the use of SAP and non conformance tracking QNotes.

Ability to train and instruct.

Knowledge of First Article Inspections and Product Line Validations.

This facility requires special access and therefore all candidates must be US Citizen and be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Desired Skills:
Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)

Knowledge of Certified Weld Inspection (CWI)

Working knowledge and interpretation of NDT in Dye Penetrant and Magnetic Particle

Understanding of CMM inspection / basic programming.

First Article Inspection (FAI) CAV Discus, Production / Pilot Line Validations (PLV).

Background in teaching / training or ability to train others.

Great trouble shooting skills and experience in root cause analysis and corrective action tools
