Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking to hire an Quality Engineering professional to support our Missiles and Fire Control campus in Camden, Arkansas. Our operations utilize state of the processes to produce and validate hardware for sophisticated missile systems and associated launch vehicles.

Program Quality Engineering activities. Primary Focus is on evaluation of test results, supporting test equipment, analysing test equipment issues, the interaction of electrical components and their functions. Interface with Production, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering personnel Work non-conformance issues through to root cause/corrective action.

The Engineer will have an opportunity to lead Quality Inspection and mentor less experienced engineers on our team. The engineer will collaborate with other disciplines to include manufacturing engineers, tool technicians, manufacturing support personnel and the customer on assembly and production operations.

The engineer will attend industry conferences and will keep up-to-date on related industry best practices.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in electrical engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
Ability to translate detailed electrical schematics and test procedures; Ability to develop detailed work instructions for Quality Inspection; Ability to develop, apply, and analyze effectiveness of quality methods. Proactively review and develop documentation/drawing for compliance with requirements, use tools for documentation and corrective action of non-conformances.

Advanced interpersonal skills.
Applicants selected will be subject to government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
Desired Skills:
Electrical or Electronics Engineering Degree
Electrical trouble shooting experience.
Root Cause Analysis and related Corrective Action training
Effective time management and good organizational skills.
SAP knowledge.
