Description:You will serve as a Production, Planning & Control (PP&C) Asc Manager responsible for supporting production execution within assigned areas at the Camden site. This role is accountable for planning and execution outcomes, ensures alignment with site objectives, and leads a team of supervisors and individual contributors accountable for day to day operational performance.

This role operates within the PP&C organization in Camden, AR and reports to a PP&C Manager.

This posting may be used to fill multiple PP&C Asc Manager positions. Area assignments will be determined based on individual strengths and site needs.

What You Will Be Doing


As the PP&C Asc Manager you will provide tactical leadership within your area while maintaining hands on involvement in execution, staffing, and readiness to support manufacturing programs. This role is responsible for driving results in a fast paced environment while developing team members and frontline leaders.

Primary areas of focus include:
• Leading, Staffing, and developing a PP&C team, including supervisors and individual contributors, through coaching, performance management, and accountability
• Supporting staffing, cross training, and development of bench strength to meet current and future production needs
• Driving production execution within assigned scope, including material readiness, scheduling effectiveness, inventory accuracy, and system execution
• Planning and aligning manpower and resources based on production demand and priorities
• Owning disciplined execution across PP&C functions, including:
○ Warehousing and material flow
○ Inventory accuracy and control
○ Physical and system based material movements
○ Production order management and line scheduling
○ Material Requirements Planning MRP
○ DD250 processing for final product
• Partnering with manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, and program teams to resolve execution issues and remove roadblocks
• Reinforcing standard work, accountability, and continuous improvement across PP&C operations

Basic Qualifications:
• Track record of leading teams, projects, or functional workstreams with accountability for results
• Experience working in production, manufacturing, supply chain, or planning environments
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, plan, and execute in a fast paced environment
• Experience working with ERP or MRP systems such as SAP or similar
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple levels of the organization
• Ability to work full time onsite in Camden, AR
Desired Skills:
• Experience in Production Planning & Control, Scheduling, or Materials Management
• Experience supporting live production environments where material or schedule delays impact output
• Experience driving performance through metrics such as schedule adherence, shortages, or inventory accuracy
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members
• Experience leading process improvements or supporting operational changes
• Experience partnering cross functionally with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Program teams
• Exposure to systems such as SAP S4, Apriso, Windchill, or similar
• Familiarity with regulated manufacturing environments

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
